ADVANTAGE OF INCLUSION
FOR COMPANIES
Participation in the scheme is favorable, as they have to provide only 50% of funding for scholarships. The remaining 50% of funds are provided by the Development Center Novo mesto Ltd. from the European Social Fund.
FOR STUDENTS
Students are offered scholarships for during their education and after finishing their education they also get employment according to their education.
REGIONAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME DOLENJSKA
Regional scholarship scheme (RSS) Dolenjska is a model of co-financing of human resources scholarships in the region, which appears under the common name of the Unified Regional Scholarship Scheme for Dolenjska. RŠS Dolenjska is an instrument of a region based on a partnership between employers, the holder of the regional scholarship scheme (Development Center Novo mesto doo) and the state (Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Affairs and Public Fund for Human Resources Development and Scholarships).
With our scholarship program, we provide students with immediate employment after completing their studies.
We have granted 333 scholarships over the past eight years.

ACTIVITIES OF EUROPE DIRECT IN 2018
Weekend of programming was impressed by Lego enthusiasts and senior programmers, while in Črnomelj they sang in the French language at the Day of Languages, on the European Mobility Day, we created artworks at the Main Square in Novo mesto, organized Startup Weekends, we also offered lectures on European Employment Programs, worked with young people and the elderly. Also in 2019 ED Novo mesto started to communicate in the field of the Investment Plan.

EDUCATION
TARGET GROUP
Youth education is intended for pupils, students, potential entrepreneurs, beginner entrepreneurs, startup companies and other youth groups in the region of South-East Slovenia.
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of education for young people is to raise entrepreneurial awareness and stimulate an entrepreneurial mindset, job creation.
EDUCATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Alone and in cooperation with other institutions we organize and carry out various events and programs for youth education, since they are becoming an increasingly important generator of innovation, development and new employment.
