Weekly we provide information on current tenders, workshops, changes in legislation, integration opportunities and other topical topics in the field of entrepreneurship.
CONSULTING
We carry out basic and informative consulting related to start-up, business and development of companies. We advise on the development of business ideas, choosing the most appropriate form of business, informing about the permissions and conditions for doing business. We also inform about the current state incentives and the use of various support instruments for companies.
E-VEM PROCEDURES
For sole proprietors and “simple” limited liability companies, we perform registration, status changes and other procedures via e-VEM, such as tax registration, registration of mandatory social insurance, authorization, etc.
WORKSHOPS
We carry out short informational-promotional and thematic workshops with different topics as state incentives, changes in legislation and other support measures for the development of all forms of entrepreneurship.
ONE STOP SHOP - VEM POINT
The most common way of starting a business in Slovenia is opening a limited of liability company (LLC) or establishing a branch company which can be done at One Stop Shop. Both procedures are simple and have its own advantages, but before formation of a limited liability company, each foreign citizen must obtain Slovenian tax number and certificate of non-criminal record from Slovenia.
In the field of entrepreneurship, we also have the VEM point. The purpose of the VEM point is to enable entrepreneurs to learn and arrange all formalities necessary for the establishment of a company in one place. We help to prepare all the documentation that should be enclosed with the proposal for registering the company in the court register and we are also submitting it on behalf of the company. This way we make sure that the submitted proposals are complete and appropriate.
All the services we offer under the VEM point are free of charge.
